| "I Bought a 5 years Full Risk Plan from this company, for my ford fiesta 2013, after one month, my car was parked, i came out to find that the driver mirror has been broken completely, i took the car to one of the companies agents, he inspected it and said this will be covered by our company, but you have to pay 100$ as a franchise, the next day i took my car to Ford company they called Libano Suisse insurance, they replied that this incident is rejected and they will not pay anything. anyway i fixed the mirror with my own budget which costed me 300$, the reason to rejection they say, that is should have brought the accident specialist so he would update a report to the company. but why to bring an accident specialist whilst this was a hit and run incident? " | |
